In Final Destination 7, the story begins with a group of survivors of a mysterious plane crash that kills everyone except them. However, Death has marked them for extinction, and the survivors soon realize that cheating death comes with its price. As they experience close calls, they discover a horrifying new twist: the survivors’ deaths can be prevented if someone else sacrifices their life. The group splits, with some willing to risk their lives to save others, while others refuse to believe in the rules of death’s design.

As the survivors attempt to outsmart Death’s design, they uncover that there’s a dark secret linking their fates to a previously unknown force, and they must confront not only Death but the cause of the plane crash itself.
